First Financial Security is committed to recognizing our agents for hitting various milestones in their FFS career. These milestones include:

  • Commission Qualified – Agents that have/obtain an insurance license and become contracted with one of our product providers.
  • Quality Associate – Agents who have completed their Base Shop Field Training (BSFT) and their onboarding with the company.
  • Promotion Pins – Pins are awarded when agents are promoted based on performance.
  • Cashflow Milestones – We track agents’ rolling 12-month cash flow and recognize them for reaching $50K, $75K and $100K.
