Course Description

Welcome to FFS Success Tracks, our online learning curriculum designed to introduce you to all things First Financial Security. In this course, we address the first things you should do once joining FFS. We introduce our company, our leadership and the headquarters staff who can help answer your questions and address your concerns. We’ll then take you on a tour of our state-of-the-art Agent Back Office platform, where you’ll access all the FFS tools and resources available. Finally, we’ll give you a blueprint for success with FFS by setting goals and providing next steps.
