1. Get Building: First 90 Days

In our Get Started course, you learned that getting four recruits was essential to completing your Base Shop Field Training in the first 90 days of joining FFS.  GET BUILDING in 90 Days introduces you to the team building aspect of our Business Building System. In this course, we describe why it’s important to hit the ground running by building your team early, how you prospect and the tools we have for you to recruit effectively. While this course is designed to get you your first four recruits in less than 90 days, some may find they take a few weeks and others may find it takes them longer. Work with your Coach to set a reasonable pace for yourself and your growing business.

After completing this course and working with your Coach, your goal is to get your prospects to attend a Business Opportunity Presentation (BOP) to start building your FFS team.

In this course you’ll be introduced to each of the Get Building steps:

  1. Prospect
    • Discover techniques and resources for approaching your Warm Market prospects.
  2. Invite
    • Learn how to effectively invite your prospects to a BOP.
  3. Present
    • Maximize your prospect’s BOP experience.
  4. Follow Up
    • Filter out candidates who aren’t a great fit for the opportunity.
  5. Start Up
    • Get recruits up and running quickly during their Get Started Meeting.
  6. Duplicate
    • Never stop prospecting.
