Schedule a Meeting with your Coach
Now that you have completed your Get Building: Cold Market Course, schedule a meeting with your Coach to prepare approaching cold market prospects. Your coach will work with you to set cold market prospecting goals and develop a plan for reaching your target. You will discuss where to meet prospects, how to reach out and follow up.
While the cold market can feel intimidating, approaching prospects becomes second nature with practice. Your Coach will walk you through role-plays and help you develop your own prospecting approach. Once you begin approaching cold market prospects, your Coach will help you track your progress using the FFS Edge app like you do with your warm market. It is a resource to keep you on track to reaching your goals.
Before you meet with your coach:
- Prepare and practice your Elevator Pitch. Bring a written copy with you to your meeting.
- Practice the Cold Market Approach and Follow Up Scripts.
- Identify 3 locations where you will approach cold market prospects and prepare ice breakers for each.
- Write down any questions you had during this course and would like to ask your coach.
