Get Leading

FFS agents eventually grow into field leaders of their own. Leading is crucial to running your business well, and you start using those skills the second you get your first recruit. Our Get Leading track will outline a proven process to onboard your new recruits — this is how your leaders learned to onboard you. By training leaders through this course, we ensure that every new team member learned from the best example and can in turn help a new recruit the best way possible. In this track, we’ll also map out how to use our team tools to best keep track of your team’s progress.

While you’ll focus on leadership more when you have a larger team, familiarize yourself now with the resources you can use to track the progress of your recruits:

The Onboarding Tracker

Check a team member’s progress on the way to becoming a Qualified Associate.

Success Tracks Progress Report

Follow an agent’s progress through each Success Track.

Pipeline Dashboard

Monitor the status of all the business your team writes, including application status and sales numbers.

Congratulations on completing the Get Started course! Before continuing with Success Tracks, take the time to have your Get Started Meeting with your Coach. If you have not already scheduled this meeting, you should do so now. In this first coaching session, you will review the two courses you have completed and your Coach will address any questions or concerns you have. Once you have met with your coach, begin the Get Building: First 90 Days course.
