Policy Delivery

Once the policy has been approved by the carrier, you will then need to deliver it to the client. This delivery can be in person or electronically where the client receives the policy online. But you will always need to complete this step. Firstly, you will want to review the product they purchased with them and answer any questions they might have. Secondly, you will need them to sign the “Delivery Requirements” to acknowledge receipt of the policy. In this lesson you will learn about the policy delivery process and why it is important.
