Base Shop Field Training Program

After you complete your Needs Analysis, you’ll begin the FFS Base Shop Field Training (BSFT) program. This is your on-the-job training designed to get you writing business quickly and putting you in position to succeed as an entrepreneur.

BSFT Requirements for Unlicensed Associates

• Recruit four (4) direct personal team members.
• Observe four (4) field training sales.
• Complete all required state pre-licensing requirements.
• Pass the required state insurance license examination(s) for Life, Accident & Health.
• Submit a valid residential insurance license to the FFS Home Office.

BSFT Requirements for Licensed Associates

• Recruit four (4) direct personal team members.
• Participate in four (4) field training sales.
• Provide proof of current and active resident Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses and become contracted with one or more designated insurance companies.

If you finish the BSFT in 90 days, not only will you fully establish FFS business, but you will also receive an education, licensing and training reimbursement of $400 from your Base Shop Leader.* For those who truly want to hit the ground running, it is even possible to complete the BSFT in as little as 60 days.
